CVL inspire Nigerian youths to become great leaders

The Managing Director and Chief Executive of Airtel Nigeria, Mr. Segun Ogunsanya, last weekend encouraged Nigerian youths to develop enduring values and leadership qualities so as to achieve success in their chosen careers and become great leaders.
Mr. Ogunsanya, who was the special guest at the Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL) Role Model Forum, shared his inspiring life story and experience with young men and women who were participants at the event. He advised them to be focus on delivering results, avoid arrogance and always avert distractions. Ogunsanya also urged present leaders and people in authority to strive to discover, nurture and develop other upcoming leaders.
The CVL Role Model Forum is a monthly interactive programme where individuals who have excelled in various field of endeavour share their life experiences and stories with participants in order to impart values, leadership qualities and motivate them towards becoming great leaders.
Others guest speakers who attended the CVL monthly Role Model Forum were popular TV host/ presenter of ‘Moments with Mo’, Mrs Mo Abudu; Director, MacArthur Foundation, Africa Office, Mr. Kole Shettima and former Minister of National Planning and Chairman Petroleum Product Pricing and Regulatory Agency (PPPRA), Chief Rasheed Gbadamosi and Professor Pat Utomi, who is the Founder /CEO of the CVL.
